Sometimes you arrive at a place and dread sets in because it is not what you thought you were signing up for. This place is not that at all. It is really as gorgeous and perfect as the description and pictures make it out to be. We had a group of 25+, ages 7months to 84 and everything in between, every single person was comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the common spaces were huge, and the amenities were there to accommodate every age. We will most likely make an annual trip to this house. We absolutely love the place and were most impressed. Tyler is a fantastic host.

We had a wonderful stay. Our host was extremely kind, always reachable, and genuinely willing to help with anything we needed. The house was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect; the beach is right in front of the property, and it’s easy to get around. The backyard area was one of our favorite parts; it’s very spacious with plenty of seating areas, games, and a large fire pit where we enjoyed spending time together. It’s truly a great place for group stay, especially if you enjoy socializing and relaxing in a beautiful outdoor space. We would definitely stay here again.

This was an amazing location. Located in the mountains, it had beautiful views and lots of wildlife. If you love the outdoors then this is a must stay. The cabin is gorgeous and very cozy. The man cave is so much fun, I highly suggest hanging out in there when you're not in town or in the hot tub. It was very easy to locate the cabin and easy to check in/ out. I do suggest having an all wheel drive car though cuz it is pretty high up in the mountains. Definitely one of the best stays I have ever had and I highly suggest checking this place out if you're looking for a mountain getaway in Breckenridge.

Tyler’s place was perfect for our family retreat! Spacious, well stocked, very comfortable beds, good decorations, tons of things to do for everyone’s different preferences, and just 30 second walk from the beach. Highly recommend!

Great, beach front home to host family gatherings. Kitchen well stocked with mini appliances (in addition; to the large ones). Plenty of indoor and outdoor areas to have a bit of sanctuary. Also, open the back gate, walk 15 seconds, and you are on the beach! Appreciated that Tyler was very responsive to our questions and accommodations. I would visit again.

we really enjoyed the airbnb. communication with Tyler was great. they were flexible on letting us check out an hour later. many restrictions on being at the location. nothing excessive, just be aware when booking. thanks!

Todo estaba limpio, bien cuidado y con todos los detalles que hicieron la experiencia aún más especial. La ubicación es ideal para descansar, y al mismo tiempo tener cerca lo necesario. The place was amazing. It was spacious, clean , and comfortable with great views of the lake from the deck! The waterpark was a huge hit on a cool cloudy day. I highly recommend!
